First Apartments
House rule
Key / check-in
We arrange a self check-in with you. We will send you the instructions in advance by email. The apartment is available from 2 p.m. onwards.
Administration
The administration runs through the First Lodge. This is directly opposite the entrance to the apartments. If you have any questions, please report there during reception hours.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking ban
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the apartment.
Night rest
Respect your neighbors' midday and night rest.
Lunchtime: 12 noon - 1.30 p.m.
A general night's rest applies from: 10 p.m.
The neighbors are grateful for the night's rest.
Careful Use
The tenant undertakes to use the rental property with care, to comply with the house rules and to be considerate of the residents and inventory. The landlord must be informed immediately of any damage. The rental property may only be occupied by the number of people specified in the contract. subletting is not allowed.
Return of the apartment / check-out
The apartment is to be handed in on the day of departure by 10:30 a.m. at the latest and in good condition, including all inventory.
The tenant is liable for damages and missing inventory.
Bed linen
The bed linen is provided by the landlord. All beds are freshly made on arrival.
terry towels / kitchen towels
will be provided by the landlord.
Inventory
Every object has its place.
Home furnishings may not be taken outdoors. Damaged items are to be reported to the landlord and will be charged accordingly.
Kitchen
The cleaning agents / detergents provided may be used to clean the kitchen.
Dishes and pans must be cleaned properly when leaving the apartment.
Garbage
The garbage must be packed in the official garbage bags. You can purchase these at the supermarkets in town.
Final cleaning
The apartment must be left properly upon departure. No food may be left in the closets or in the refrigerator. The final cleaning of the apartment is carried out by the landlord and is included in the price.
General
When you leave the apartment, all windows must be closed and the apartment locked with the key.
We would be pleased if you could leave us feedback in the guest book so that we can make our guests' stay even more pleasant and better.
General terms of contract
Object of the contract
These general terms and conditions regulate the legal relationship between you and Ysebaert Gastro GmbH. The basis for this is the reservation confirmation, which will be sent to you by email.
Options
Option dates are binding for both parties. Ysebaert Gastro GmbH can automatically dispose of the reserved rooms after the reservation period has expired, unless the customer has confirmed the reservation.
Cancellation of hotel reservations
We kindly ask you to inform us of any significant changes to your reservation as early as possible in writing. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. From day 14 to day eight we charge 50% of the room turnover, up to seven days beforehand it is increased to 100%.
Liability / due diligence
The guest must use the room as well as the public areas with great care. The guest must pay for any damage to property. The hotel declines all liability for theft, etc. and in relation to third-party services.
Lost property
Lost property will be forwarded on request of the guest. Ysebaert Gastro GmbH assumes no liability in the event of loss of personal items and valuables. This applies to the time during your stay, as well as in the case of returns. The guest bears the costs and the risk for subsequent delivery.
Applicable law, place of jurisdiction
Swiss law is applicable to the legal relationship between you and Ysebaert Gastro GmbH. The place of jurisdiction is Thun.
