Are dogs allowed?
Your four-legged friend is welcome, for a small surcharge.
Check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible from 2 p.m. onwards using a self-check-in.
We will send you an email one day before your arrival with the instructions. We pleasantly ask that
guests are ready for departure by the latest 10;30 am.
Parking facilities
Very few parking spaces are available at the lodge. We kindly ask
you to reserve in advance. The public parking lot at the Pfingsteggbahn
is only a few minutes' walk away. The address is: Rybigässli 25, 3818

Is there a way to cook for myself?
The First Lodge is so central that it is not necessary to cook yourself.
There are great restaurants in the immediate vicinity, as well as numerous
Supermarkets.

Our prices are in CHF and include tourist tax and VAT.

General terms of contract
Object of the contract
​
These general terms and conditions regulate the legal relationship
between you and Ysebaert Gastro GmbH. The basis is the
Reservation confirmation, which will be sent to you by email.
Options
Option dates are binding for both parties. Ysebaert Gastro GmbH
can automatically re-reserve the booked rooms after the reservation period has expired,
unless the customer has confirmed.
Cancellation of hotel reservations
We kindly ask that if you would like to make significant changes to your reservation, please
communicate early and in writing. 15 days before arrival you can
cancel your reservation free of charge. A charge will be applied from day 14 to day eight which totals
50% of the room turnover, seven days before arrival or less wil total 100%.
Liability / due diligence
The hotel room and the public areas are shared with guests
with immense care. The guest is liable for any property damage.
The hotel disclaims any liability for theft, etc. and in relation to
third party services.
Lost property
Lost property will be forwarded on request of the guest. The Ysebaert
Gastro GmbH assumes no liability in the event of the loss of
personal belongings and valuables. This applies to the time during
your stay, as well as in the case of returns.
The guest bears the risk and costs of subsequent delivery.
Applicable law, place of jurisdiction
On the legal relationship between you and Ysebaert Gastro GmbH
Swiss law applicable. The place of jurisdiction is Thun.
